Collecting data is typically done manually with paper and a clipboard. This leads to collection errors and misplaced paperwork. The creation of a mobile app will help reduce errors and speed up the workflow.

It became clear how important initial user research was shortly after we launched the app. Apart from small development flaws we discovered deeper issues in usability and design. The lack of scalability in the design was an oversight. Initially there were never any plans to add any more data collection features. To combat scalability issues the home screen was redesigned to accommodate for growth. There is now adequate space to add more features and options as the user needs require.
